Leica Geosystems and its partners are committed to offering the most advanced and complete reference station network in the world. Today SmartNet North America is comprised of both GPS only and GNSS capable receivers, however plans are underway to begin upgrading to full GNSS (GPS & GLONASS) network coverage throughout SmartNet, with full capability of tracking all future signals from the European GALILEO and Chinese Compass systems being our long term goal.
